"Less than 3 images oriented."

• Add more photos of reference board A and restart the calculation.

Measurement is incomplete

The most common reasons for incomplete measurements are:

• Too few images
• Insufficient overlap between images.
• Images only show one side of the stairs.
• Blurred images
• Duplicate markers
• Inappropriate camera settings (mostly Android devices).

Check that you have followed the photography guidelines and, if necessary, re-photograph the stairs. If problems persist, contact support support@linearis3d.de

Result cannot be exported in 2D

This is because the platforms are not parallel. The perpendicular is calculated using the landings. If these are not parallel to each other, the perpendicular cannot be calculated precisely, and the projection of the stairs into the 2D drawing plane may be incorrect. Use the 3D export or contact support.
